All products purchased from Ronoski are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is valid only when the product is used as intended and under normal conditions.

  • Modifications or alterations
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Exposure to excessive heat or moisture
  • Surface marks or scratches caused during shipping
  • Use of harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasive tools

Warranty Solutions

Depending on the nature of the defect, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • A full product replacement

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Include the product name.
  3. If applicable, include the specific part number that needs replacement (refer to the assembly instructions).
  4. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage, with the affected area clearly visible.

Important Notes

  • For international orders, standard international shipping fees may apply for replacement parts covered under warranty.
  • Many of our toys are made from natural materials like wood. Variations in grain, color, small knots, or texture are natural and are not considered defects — they are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade products.
