Return Eligibility

  • Items must be undamaged and show no signs of use.
  • Returns may be rejected if items are used, damaged, or missing packaging or parts.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@ronoski.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Return Requirements

  • Use a trackable shipping method.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

  • For change of mind: Customer pays return shipping.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Ronoski covers return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued within 1–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
