- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.

- For change of mind: Customer pays return shipping.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Ronoski covers return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued within 1–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
