Cancellation Within 24 Hours
- Full Refund: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a 100% refund.
- No Fees: Cancellations within this timeframe are free of charge, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
After 24 Hours or After Shipment
- If your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
- You must wait for the order to arrive and then follow our Returns Policy to return the item(s).
- Restocking Fee: A 25% deduction from the order total will be applied to cover restocking and handling.
Pre-Order Cancellations
- You may cancel any pre-order within 24 hours for a full refund.
- If the item has already shipped, it must be returned according to our return policy, and the 25% restocking fee will apply.

Confirmation and Refund
